Registration is now open for the 2023 EMBAC Conference, set for Oct. 1-4 in Scottsdale, Arizona.

EMBAC welcomes both members and non-members who are interested in the EMBA industry or interested in joining EMBAC to its annual conference, which begins on Sunday evening with the opening night reception and ends on Wednesday at 11 AM. For the latest agenda information, visit here.

Both members and non-members will use the EMBAC member portal for registration. You may register and pay by credit card from a secure site and pay by check or purchase order.

Conference Fees

Please note the following conference fees apply.

Academic member pay $1,395 in conference fees.
Academic non-members pay $2,095 in conference fees.
Note: Your conference registration includes breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and lunch on Monday and Tuesday. There is an extra $75 fee for paying by wire.

Conference cancellation policy

Full conference fees will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing no later than August 11, 2023. No refunds will be granted after that time or for "no shows."

Please Note: There are no more hotel rooms available in the EMBAC Block at the host hotel of Hyatt Regency at Gainey Ranch, Scottsdale. Please see list of additional hotel options below.

Closest Airport

Please fly into the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), located approximately 15 miles, or 20-40 minutes from the conference hotel.
