Your expert guide

Rita Kosnik, Ph.D., brings a wealth of experience to her work as a faculty member and consultant.

She currently serves as a professor of management and negotiations at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and a visiting professor of negotiations in the EMBA Program of the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth, Texas.

She has taught negotiations courses in several graduate and executive programs, including the MBA Program of Northwestern University, the Executive MBA Program and the Stayer Center for Executive Education at the University of Notre Dame, the Executive MBA Program at TCU, and the Master of Science in Health Care Administration and the Master of Science in Accounting Programs at Trinity University. She has won numerous awards for excellence in executive teaching.

A mediator in the state of Texas, she also trains executives and consults in the areas of negotiations and conflict management, sales and procurement, relationship management, and women in leadership. Her clients include Bayer Monsanto, McDonald’s USA, Williamson-Dickie, Elbit Systems of America, PPC Aerostructures, Bell Helicopter/Textron, Owens & Minor, Apex Capital Corp., Siemens North America, Lone Star National Bank, Fort Worth Independent School District, and the American Association of Blood Banks. She received her Ph.D. in strategy and organization behavior from Northwestern University.
